Shipping policy

All items purchased through the website will be sent by courier to UK and international addresses and can be tracked via the courier company’s website. Customers will receive notifications by email and will have the option of re-arranging the delivery or leaving it with a neighbour.

Due to our deliveries being made by courier, you may choose a delivery address which is different to your billing address. If you have special requirements, please contact the studio on info@racheltrevormorgan.com to discuss delivery options or collection.

We also provide preferential grouped shipping if you buy more than one hat. Please email us with the style numbers and your full shipping address so we can give you a quote.

Delivery times

The majority of our products are available for immediate purchase and delivery within 2-5 working days. Need a piece sooner? Email the studio by 3pm to allow us to arrange an overnight delivery to a UK address. International delivery times vary depending on the final destination. We would advise 1-3 working days for the USA and Europe, and 5-7 working days for Australia.

Duties and tariffs

USA - Please note that from the 29th August 2025, all orders going to the USA are subjects to duties and a 10% tariff. Prices shown are inclusive of all duties and tariffs, only the delivery cost will be added at checkout.

EU zone - Prices shown are inclusive of all duties and taxes, only the delivery cost will be added at checkout.

All other countries benefit from tax-free shopping but are responsible for all duties, fees and charges associated with the delivery levied at the point of entry in the destination country.
